Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

At dubbedstores.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

How do I return an item?

You can return items purchased online or in-store within 28 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Online Returns

• Log in to your dubbedstores.com account and go to “My Orders” to initiate a return.
• Follow the instructions to print your return label.
• Pack the item securely and attach the label.
• Drop off your return at a designated courier collection point.

In-Store Returns

• Bring the item(s) along with your proof of purchase to any dubbedstores.com location.
• Our team will process your return or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, you can do so in-store or by returning the original item and placing a new order online.

Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

• Perfumes & cosmetics (if opened)
• Underwear & swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of purchase for assistance.
