Care:

• Use mild detergent and warm water with a sponge to clean pan before first use
• To ensure the longer life of non-stick bakeware, use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners and scourers
• Do not cut inside of tin with knife, as this harms the coating
• Limit use of cooking sprays, as this can leave a sticky residue even after washing
• Refer to your recipe instructions with regards to greasing and flouring your pan
